Welcome! This is the homepage for the scientific program of the Fifth African Population Conference, held in Arusha, Tanzania, from 10-14 December 2007.
The conference was attended by 788 people representing 57 countries across the globe. The program focused on Emerging Issues in Population and Development in Africa, and included over a hundred sessions on eleven sub-themes. A report on the conference is available here.
